Bookings
Tables are available for two to four hours (depending on the size of your booking), or a time communicated to you in your booking confirmation, after which they will be re-booked for another customer. Please contact us if you would like to stay at your table for longer than two hours and, if we have space available, we will do our best to accommodate you.
A £10 deposit is required for all persons on diners.
Your table will be held for 15 minutes. If you don't show up for your booking, we will give your table to other waiting customers.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable within a 72 hour period of the actual booking for table bookings.
Our function room has a non refundable deposit regardless of notice given.

Guest WiFi
By accessing our guest WiFi, you agree that you are of legal age, and have read, understood, and accept our terms and conditions.
The guest WiFi is provided at Rita's discretion. We are unable to guarantee the WiFi service, or particular WiFi speeds. Guest access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason. Guests using the WiFi agree that they are fully responsible for their use. Guests agree not to use the WiFi network for any unlawful, immoral, or otherwise prohibited purpose.
Rita's are not responsible for any content accessed by the user through the WiFi, and cannot be held liable for any damage, undesired resources, or detrimental effects arising from, or connected to, usage of the Guest WiFi. Rita's reserves the right to change the service, the features of the service, or the terms and conditions, at any time without notice to the user.

Offers
Please note that some items or offers might not be available during festive periods, bank holidays or other busy periods throughout the year, and will be at the managers discretion.
Service Charge
Please note that a 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
